Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14.09.2026

1. About this policy

Zentria Capital respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored and shared when you visit our website, submit an enquiry, communicate with us or otherwise interact with Zentria Capital.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • your name, email address, telephone number, job title and organisation;
  • information submitted through our website enquiry forms, including information relating to businesses, projects, funding requirements, investment criteria, introductions or potential opportunities;
  • your selections within the relevant enquiry pathway, including information such as sector, capital requirement, purpose, capital-provider type, investment criteria or relationship type, where applicable;
  • professional and business information that you provide to us;
  • correspondence and other communications with us;
  • technical and usage information associated with your use of the website, including IP address, pages viewed, device and browser information and session behaviour, where applicable; and
  • professional or business information obtained from publicly available or other lawful sources where relevant to our activities.

Google Analytics 4 is used to collect website usage and behavioural information only where the appropriate consent has been provided.

3. How we may use information

  • respond to enquiries and communicate with you;
  • understand potential funding requirements, opportunities, investment criteria or introductions;
  • assess whether an opportunity may be relevant to our activities or network;
  • facilitate appropriate business introductions and professional communications;
  • manage relationships with businesses, project sponsors, capital partners, introducers, advisers and other professional contacts;
  • operate, secure, maintain and improve our website and business processes;
  • analyse how visitors use our website, where the appropriate consent has been provided, so that we can understand website performance and improve its content and functionality;
  • maintain appropriate business and compliance records; and
  • comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Lawful bases

Where UK data-protection law applies, the lawful basis for processing will depend on the circumstances. This may include legitimate interests, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is required.

Where legitimate interests are relied upon, these may include responding to commercial enquiries, developing and managing professional relationships, operating and protecting the business, and evaluating relevant commercial opportunities.

5. Service providers and sharing of information

We use selected third-party service providers to operate and support our website and process information submitted through it.

These currently include:

  • Web3Forms, which processes enquiries submitted through the Connect page. Information entered into an enquiry form is transmitted directly from your browser to Web3Forms and forwarded to the designated Zentria Capital inbox;
  • Google Analytics 4, which provides website usage and behavioural analytics where the appropriate consent has been provided;
  • CookieYes, which provides our cookie-consent management functionality and records visitors' cookie preferences;
  • Vercel, which provides website hosting and infrastructure and may process standard technical information such as IP addresses and request metadata in connection with operating and securing the website; and
  • Sanity, which provides the website's content-management and content-delivery infrastructure. Sanity is not used by Zentria Capital to collect information submitted through our website enquiry forms.

We may also share personal information where appropriate with professional advisers and relevant parties involved in a potential opportunity or introduction, or where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Zentria Capital does not sell personal information.

6. International processing

Some of the third-party service providers used to operate our website and process information may process or store information outside the United Kingdom.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that the transfer is handled in accordance with applicable UK data-protection requirements, including the use of recognised safeguards where required.

Further information about the safeguards applicable to a particular transfer may be requested through our General Enquiry Form.

7. Website enquiries and data storage

Enquiries submitted through our website are processed using Web3Forms. Information entered into an enquiry form is submitted directly from your browser to Web3Forms and is then forwarded to the designated Zentria Capital inbox.

Zentria Capital does not currently maintain a separate website database of enquiry submissions on its own website infrastructure.

Information received through an enquiry may subsequently be retained as part of our business correspondence and records in accordance with our retention practices.

8. Retention

Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of legitimate business, legal, regulatory and record-keeping requirements. Specific retention periods should be confirmed before publication.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights in relation to their personal information, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a privacy request, please contact us through our General Enquiry Form.

You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

10. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and, where consent has been provided, website analytics.

We use CookieYes to manage cookie preferences and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics 4 is activated only after the appropriate consent has been provided.

Further information about the cookies and similar technologies used on our website, including how to manage or withdraw your preferences, is available in our Cookie Policy.

11. Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to help protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

12. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The current version will be published on the website together with its latest update date.
